IT Support Contracts
Our IT Support Contracts have very affordable monthly starting prices, and we won’t tie you in to a long term contract. With our IT Support package we offer short term rolling contracts that are easy to understand. You can purchase as many hours as you feel you will require over a given period, which may range from one month to one year and you can add hours as frequently as required.
Real Time System Monitoring
Our External Monitoring System was developed following customer feedback to provide a service that recognises issues immedialtely so they can be dealt with before they become a problem. Our customers often don’t even realise there was an issues or a potential issue until we contact them to let them know it has been dealt with. The system provides:
- 24/7 monitoring of your server and internet gateway
- Your email system will be automatically tested every 15 minutes
- Back-ups will be checked daily
- Alerts to system disk full, back-ups not done or checked, e-mail not working, rise in the rate of disk space usage, critical service crash i.e. exchange information store etc.
- Status report via email every 24 hours. Alerts can also be provided via SMS
